  2. Motivation &Purpose • Provide people a place to exercise. Fitness Program Diet Meal • Help control calorie intake and preserve health.

  3. Introduction of MS • Located in Taichung city • Size : 100 ping • Including classroom, toilet, dressing room, kitchen and office.

  5. Office workers • Office workers always eat outside, and sit for a long time will have overweight problem. To keep in good shape, office workers will take time to exercise, and to maintain healthy, low-fat lunchboxes are their best choice. • Students • Students are young, in order to attract opposite sex, being more beautiful, and keeping up with the trend, they will do exercise to be thinner. They also usually eat outside, low-fat lunchbox will be their choice. • Housewives • Housewives’ time are more flexible, can choose the period they like, if the gym is nearby, then the motivation to exercise is bigger. • Keep healthy • Nowadays, more and more people concern about healthy, so they want to eat healthy and exercise regularly.
