Learn the protocol for grandfathering-in a facilitator into Family Team Meetings (FTM). Identify experienced facilitators who completed FTM training, evaluate their skills through mentorship, and get approval from a state FTM trainer. Ensure facilitators meet criteria and demonstrate necessary skills. This process is not for inexperienced facilitators or those lacking essential training. Follow FTM requirements for observer approval, including completing a CFSR Preparation Interview Worksheet and ensuring attendees are invited for support or service provision. Have questions? Ask us!
