The Lead Ship indicated that modifications to the Electronic Strike Package (ESP) could prevent its transfer to the LAC/TSC. In response, a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) was developed and distributed for review among various stakeholders. Feedback included the need for alpha-numeric ASNs and maintaining a matrix for referencing TLD/ASN. The agreed-upon CONOPS will facilitate future tasking, including sending the TTWCS Strike Package to LAC/TSC and addressing verification items as part of V5 updates.
