  13.  2nd Day Subsidies (Resource Sharing Subsidy) • A partial subsidy for a 2nd day of service is available for libraries who meet any of the following resource sharing criteria: Libraries who • Libraries who subscribe to 5-day-a-week InfoExpress service or • Libraries who subscribes to OCLC ILL subsystemor • Libraries who are net lenders (# lends / # borrow = > 1.0) or • Libraries who participate in Evergreen Indiana and who subscribe to two (2) or more days of InfoExpress service.

  17. Question: Question: Should we call or email and request special pickup for miss-shipped items? What about a ‘Hey, my dock is blocked’ message? How do I notify the driver of local problems? We always prefer that you send an email to InfoExpress@library.in.gov for any changes or problems. That way we have a record of all requests and can follow up on them.
