Advanced Diagnostic Imaging Research in Prostate, Breast, Lung, and Retina Using 4DCT

The Diagnostic Image Analysis Group, led by Sjoerd Kerkstra, specializes in cutting-edge research for analyzing a wide range of medical images, including multimodal prostate MRI scans, chest CT scans, X-rays, and mammograms. Utilizing a robust digital infrastructure with approximately 60TB storage, our team processes over 15,000 prostate MRI scans, 70,000 chest CT scans, 200,000 chest X-rays, and 300,000 mammograms. With ~200 cores in our group cluster and ~1500 cores in the hospital server farm, we ensure efficient processing, online collaboration, and continual learning with industrial partners.
