Population • Declining at 0.81% • Death Rate is slowly growing while birth rate is shrinking • Government is encouraging people to have children • Got below 10,000,000 in 2010 • Needs to get back up • Lowest ever since 1960 • Government will lower taxes for families with three or more children.
