Be Prepared, On-time and ready to work @ the bell Everything you need to succeed will be found here You have to BE HERE to have the best shot at SUCCESS! In-formal lab write-ups but you can not sit for the June 2014 Regents exam without doing your lab work! Supports the work we do in class – pay close attention to the homework schedule and the concept of “freebies” Attendance Labs

  5. Castle Learning Homework will be assigned regularly on this extremely helpful site. Assignments will often be counted as a test or a quiz. www.castlelearning.com

  7. Cell Phones Not allowed in class Must be on “silent” if in your possession Strict “If I see it, I take it” policy Know the tricks…

  10. This folder will stay in class at all times! Lab Folder Full Name • Will hold ALL graded labs • Periodic Lab Folder reviews will take place • You can see your graded labs @ extra help if needed

  11. Earth Science Reference Table “The Ultimate Cheat Sheet” • Used on every test & quiz in class • Used on your midterm • Used on regents exam • We will hi-lite as we learn • Watch the “scooch-factor”!

Lab Grading You MUST meet the NYS Regents Exam Lab Requirement • Approximately 10 labs will be done each quarter • Handed in on due date or automatic 10 point penalty • Have 5 class days to complete a late lab – then it drops to automatic 0 (zero) • Must make-up all late labs to get regents credit • BE SMART!!!!!
