  5. Goal and Objective • To establish a well-structuralized pro-active BOSS Program. One that is effective in or at every level possible in providing and reaching the 13th SCE single and all soldiers who wish to participate. • The Philosophy: Soldiers are entitled to surface QoL issues, plan recreational events, and contribute to their local communities. Recommendations • Knowyour unit BOSS representatives, primaries and alternates and at every level within the 13th SCE and its subordinates. • Contact your representatives whenever you have the time and certain issues, ideas and so forth. Attend the single soldiers’ meetings. Ask them questions frequently so you know what is happening and available as we will do our part to inform you as well. • Provide your support by getting involved and participate. Always, your contributions to the program are welcomed.
