4. Rules • You have four failed pass attempts until the frisbee goes to the opposing team. • If the opposing team catches the frisbee, they can now score. (Interception) • No Hitting, pushing, or tripping of any type. • The frisbee may be slapped, caught or blocked so the opponent doesn’t catch it.

7. Skills • 2.Throwing: A. place thumb on top of the frisbee, place pointing finger along the edge of the frisbee, and tuck other fingers under the frisbee. B. Keep frisbeeflat and straight C. Bend elbow bringing frisbee close to the body D. Extend elbow and release frisbee with relaxed wrist. Point fingers in direction you want the frisbeeto go.
