  4. Rules • 7 per team • Throw off • 10 seconds to throw • 2 steps • 1 Pivot

  5. More Rules • Interceptions, Blocks, Out of bounds • No contact • 24 minute halves

  7. Throws Air Bounce Inside Out Reverse Curve Scooper Blade

  10. Catches • There are 2 types of catches • Sandwich • C-Catch (Lobster claws)

  13. Strategies • Offensive • Stack Formation • Handlers: Players closest to thrower • Mids: players in middle • Longs: Players toward end of stack

  14. Longs Mids Handlers

  15. Techniques/Goals: -Gain the most yardage -Move disc to better position -Maintain possession -Avoid defenders

  16. Defense • One on One • No physical contact • 3 yards from receiver • Block disc • Intercept disc

  17. Change of Possession! • Frisbee is dropped • Defense obtains Frisbee • Frisbee out of bounds • Penalty
