  1. NAMS Instructions For Empower Request https://nams.nasa.gov Note: You must first have an Enhanced ICE General Account before you can get an Empower account. If you do not have an Enhanced ICE General account, see instructions for Enhanced ICE General application.

  2. Once you logon to NAMS, Click on ‘Your NAMS Request’

  3. In the ‘New Request’ window, type Enhanced ICE Empower, then click on Enhanced ICE Empower under ‘Title’.

  4. Click the ‘Select Options’ button to select the contract that you requesting access for.

  5. Select the contract and the contract name will appear in the Empower Contract window.

  6. Once you have selected the contracts, click the ‘X’ to close the available contracts window.

  7. Select the Urgency and complete the Business Justification area.

  8. Click Submit Request at the bottom right of the page.

  9. You will then see the process of your request.
