  3. MEASURABLE OUTCOME At the end of this presentation, the participant will be able to name 3 of the top 10 least demonstrated practice needs as indicated in the 2005 NISOA Referee Development Report.

  4. Report Purpose • Develop a profile of referee performance characteristics of an “average” NISOA Referee. • Develop a multi-year NISOA action plan for focused clinics to improve performance.

  5. Data Collection • Assessment forms were submitted to NISOA without individual identification data. • Standard NISOA assessment forms were used for efficient data compilation.

  8. Summary of Results 3 Least Demonstrated Practice Needs • Less than 50% effectiveness • In good position to make decisions • Keeps play between R and ARs • Maintains standard position on all restarts.
