Comprehensive Department Policies for Residents and Faculty Compliance

This document outlines essential department policies concerning duty hours, moonlighting, supervision, selection processes, technical standards, and academic actions. While department-specific policies are still required, they are now stored electronically without needing to attach them to contracts. It's critical for residents and faculty to access and review all current policies via the GME Office or departmental resources annually. Compliance with NAS requirements and institutional standards is mandatory, ensuring every member knows where to find these policies or receives them as needed.
