  2. LEVELING PROCEDURES Computerized Leveling System FEATURING Straight-Acting Jacks and Suspension Dump HWH 625 SINGLE STEP

  3. The “TRAVEL MODE” light should be on. AUTO LEVEL With the vehicle parked, the park brake set and the vehicle ignition in the “ACC” position…

  4. AUTO LEVEL No more than two level low indicator lights may be on.

  5. AUTO LEVEL For this scenario, we will leave the RIGHT SIDE and FRONT END level low lights on.

  6. AUTO LEVEL Press and release the “AUTO LEVEL” button one time the Auto Level light will begin flashing.

  7. AUTO LEVEL For approximately 25 seconds air will be dumped from the vehicle suspension.

  8. AUTO LEVEL With the suspension dumped, the system will look for yellow lights.

  9. AUTO LEVEL A SIDE light will be recognized before a FRONT or REAR light.

  10. AUTO LEVEL This yellow light indicates that the right side of the vehicle is low.

  11. AUTO LEVEL The right side jacks will extend. As the jacks extend their (red) WARNING lights will come on.

  12. AUTO LEVEL The “TRAVEL MODE” light will go out when any jack WARNING light comes on.

  13. AUTO LEVEL The right side jacks will continue to extend until the right side yellow light goes out.

  14. AUTO LEVEL In this scenario the front yellow light is still on.

  15. AUTO LEVEL Both front jacks will extend to raise the front of the vehicle. The left front jack’s (red) WARNING light will come on.

  16. AUTO LEVEL As the front jacks extend the front of the vehicle will raise and the front yellow light will go out.

  17. STABILIZE With no yellow lights on, the vehicle is level. The system will now stabilize the vehicle by extending any remaining jacks.

  18. STABILIZE In this scenario the left rear jack will extend. It’s (red) WARNING light will come on.

  19. STABILIZE The jack will continue to extend until it is seated firmly on the ground.

  20. STABILIZE With the vehicle level and stabile the system will shut down.

  21. MANUAL OPERATIONS

  22. MANUAL LEVEL With the vehicle parked, the park brake set and the vehicle ignition in the “Accessory” position, the TRAVEL MODE light will be on.

  23. MANUAL LEVEL Press and hold the “MANUAL DUMP” button until all air is exhausted from the suspension system.

  24. MANUAL LEVEL No more than two level low indicator lights may be on.

  25. MANUAL LEVEL For this scenario, we will leave the LEFT SIDE and FRONT END level low lights on.

  26. MANUAL LEVEL Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the side (yellow) light that is on.

  27. MANUAL LEVEL As you hold the UP ARROW the left side jacks will extend. As the jacks extend their (red) WARNING lights will come on.

  28. MANUAL LEVEL Release the UP ARROW when the left side yellow light goes out.

  29. MANUAL LEVEL In this scenario the front yellow light is still on.

  30. MANUAL LEVEL Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the front (yellow) light.

  31. MANUAL LEVEL Both front jacks will extend to raise the front of the vehicle. The right front jack’s (red) WARNING light will come on.

  32. MANUAL LEVEL As the front jacks extend the front of the vehicle will raise. Release the UP ARROW when the front end yellow light goes out.

  33. MANUAL LEVEL With no yellow lights on, the vehicle is level. Stabilize the vehicle by extending any remaining jacks.

  34. STABILIZE Press and hold the UP ARROW closest to the rear of the coach symbol.

  35. STABILIZE The right rear jack’s (red) WARNING light will come on.

  36. STABILIZE Release the button when the right rear jack has reached the ground and slightly lifted the vehicle.

  37. STABILIZE With the vehicle level and stabile turning the vehicle ignition key to OFF will turn the touch panel off.

  38. FINISHED
