Service Center Procedures • Tool received at C&C Assembly • Work order or authorization paperwork • Tool information logged into service center • If new tool, tool will be engraved with CCA# for future tracking/history • Pre-testing and evaluation • Break down of tool and cleaning • Quotation of parts and estimated time • Placed in bin until authorization is given and/or parts are received • Rebuilding and testing • Reset torque ranges • History report updated • Shipment to customer
