PRE-HOSPITAL • Sub-committees to be formed at the main referral facility in each zone. They will include partners and provincial admin • Red cross will take the lead in transferring the casualties from the field to HFs. • HFs to ensure availability of EMMS,HWs and blood in collaboration with partners. • Ambulances(incl. boats) to be serviced and fueled
REFERRALS • Referrals to higher level facilities will be the responsibility of the referring HF, Redcross and other partners.
MASS DISPLACEMENT The DMOH will be the focal person for provision of health services in the camps • In collaboration with the provincial admin. safe camp sites will be identified. • Basic amenities and services will be provided. • Early warning systems for communicable diseases will be put in place. • Focal person to request for emergency medical kits
