Revise U3C10L2 (Goals & Goal Setting) to reflect the SMART goal process 3. Revise U3C1L3N to differentiate between impact of CIP versus individual staff duties Recommendations to HQ JROTC Teaching/Learning Strategies 1. Incorporate into current lesson U3C1L3N with examples; Brief at BDE conferences/ other PD; add to each LET Level 2. Revise U3C10L2 (Goals & Goal Setting) to reflect the SMART goal process.
