  2. Feet Natural base near shoulder width. Knees Slight flexion Knees over toes Torso Slight bend Chest up right Platform Ball load Front elbow relaxed. Shoulders level and stable. Head and Eyes Shoulder the chin Eyes down the barrel Grip Laces as desired Smaller hand further back on the ball Spread finger Air in the grip Platform Mechanics

  3. Perfect platform Loaded gun Back shoulder at the target. Upright posture. Weight back Perfect platform

  4. Torso Slight bend Chest up right Platform Ball loaded Front elbow relaxed. Shoulders level and stable. Perfect platform

  5. Perfect platform Loaded gun Back shoulder at the target. Upright posture. Weight back Transfer (Push Pull) Step Front Toe aimed at the outside frame of the target. Back foot instep at the midline at the target Step on the ball of your foot. Transfer cont. Pull Transfer weight. Clear elbow at shoulder width. Pull with opposite elbow in tight radius. Chest the target on release Release and Follow through Thumb down and point the finger Follow your throw. Throwing Mechanics

  8. Transfer Step Front Toe aimed at the outside frame of the target. Back foot instep at the midline at the target Step on the ball of your foot. Pull Phase

  9. Transfer cont. Pull Transfer weight. Clear elbow at shoulder width. Pull with opposite elbow in tight radius. Chest the target on release Pull phase – level platform
