  1. Homework – Los deberes Create a poster on the past and the future tenses in Spanish. Use the expressions to introduce each tense and the verbs you have used so far along with a variety of sports REMEMBER…… sports that go with jugar and sports/activities that go with practicar Follow the example poster on slide 2 Slides 3 – 6 have the expressions and verbs on them Your poster will be stuck into your exercise book – mark your work clearly with your NAME and HOMEWORK

To talk about the past you firstly need some expressions to tell you it’s the past you are talking in: ayer – yesterday el fin de semanapasado – last week end el sábadopasado – last Saturday la semanapasada – last week el miércolespor la tarde - Wednesday afternoon el domingopor la mañana - Sunday morning ayerdespués del insti -yesterday after school anteayer - the day before yesterday

  4. You then need the verb you want to use in the past tense. We are using the verbs jugar – to play and practicar – to practise/to do.

To talk about the future you firstly need some expressions to tell you it’s the future you are talking in: mañana – tomorrow el fin de semana que viene – next week end el sábado que viene – next Saturday la semana que viene – next week mañanadespués del instituto – tomorrow after school pasadomañana - the day after tomorrow

  6. You then need the verb you want to use in the future tense. We are using the verbs jugar – to play and practicar – to practise/to do.
