I use it in my Medifast shakes, puddings, medifast oatmeal and oatmeal cakes/pancakes too. I love the "Grandmas Apple Pie and Cinnamon Danish Swirl in my Hot sugar free Apple Cider at night. Of course I put them in my coffee and tea too. These drops make everything EXTRA good.
