1. Annual Refresher Training The Part 46 Annual Refresher Training DVD is a must-have for your organization. This important training tool was developed in 2015 by real mine operators and mine safety professionals. The Part 46 Annual Refresher Training program includes all the information you need to complete MSHA’s refresher training requirements. At any time you can print a certificate that shows the time spent on each module and the date the module was reviewed.
