  21. MOU WITH MOE 1. Intel provided technological consulting to MOE on new platforms, security etc. with Intel volunteers: The Impact:MOE director general issued a formal letter to students based on our recommendations. 2. STEM’s new approach: promoting “a culture of scientists” in 6th and 8th grades. The Impact: overall policy change in Israel’s educational system; strengthening ISEF as a national competition. The Impact: ISEF defined as 1 of 5 national competitions in a formal MOE policy document and MOE increases co-funding in ISEF3. ICT: Intel’s tools and resources now part of MOE’s training offering for teachers, and Intel resources are posted on MOE’s website. The impact: all teachers are potentially exposed.

  23. The Geometry Mobile App A mobile application running on iPhone and Android devices Contains all 104 geometry theorems Target audience: students of 9th-12th junior high and high-school grades Cooperation with Israel’s MOE and Intel SSG The Hackathon - 30 volunteers + 32 school kids
