  2. Importance of Personality Development in a Child’s Life We come across different kinds of people in our day to day life. Some are very extrovert who are confident and have lots of friends while some are totally introvert who doesn’t even like to communicate with others so they have fewer friends. These things are mainly due to the difference in the personality of the people. However, in today’s time, personality development has become as important as education. A sound personality helps in gaining success both in the personal as well as professional life. That is why emphasis should be given to personality development along with studies in a school.
