Extensiveperineuralinvasionwith3/19LN+ • • Initiallydidwell,butwasadmittedtotheOncologyserviceforfailuretothrive. • Imagingatthattimeshowed: • HilarLNnotedonrepeatCTandbonymetsinC4andamassencasingthecarotid. • Patientexpiredwithinafewdays. 31
