SOME EXPECTATIONS AND RULES • You will participate in all activities • There will be swimming involved so make sure you will be ready for this. • You are expected to clean up after yourselves. • There are set times for everything including eating you must be on time. • Be respectful and courteous to everyone • If you are told not do go somewhere or not to do something…don’t (you don’t want to see my dark side) 

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY… • Final payment is due by Feb. 14th • Your total amount is: $360.00 (balance of $320.00) • We need your receipt to show you have paid. • No matter how you pay we need a receipt • CMI Store • There is a store to buy t-shirts and sweatshirts • If interested bring money for this

Special requests- let us know Vegetarian Vegans Non-dairy, lactose intolerant students Dietary allergies (peanuts, eggs, wheat, etc) Birthdays while at camp MEDICAL FORMS Please complete and have parents sign -due Feb. 14th - if you have asthma you will be required to bring your inhaler or they will not let you snorkel (no exceptions)
