Enhancing Knowledge Sharing through Effective Knowledge Management Strategies

This initiative aims to increase knowledge sharing within the organization by developing a robust Knowledge Management (KM) capability. To achieve this, we will implement a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) to select and integrate KM software that promotes organization-wide participation. By aligning our goals with performance measures, we will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, thus enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
