  7. Cluster 4 – criteria • Gedrags- en psychiatrische problemen (DSM IV) • Integrale problematiek • Extra zorgbehoefte > externe hulpverlening • Ontbrekende algemene leervoorwaarden en • ontoereikende zorgstructuur regulier onderwijs
