  2. Example Journey • Jack sits downs with Fido on his lap who he clearly adores • Fido suddenly dies • Jack is very sad • Jack decided to adopt a new dog

Journey cont’d • Jack opens laptop and starts typing • In Search Engine, he types “super cool animal adoption” • Clicks on 1st result “Pets-R-Us-Not-4-U” • Application pops up showing an 80 page application - print only • Jack is clearly disturbed by the difficulty of the process • __________ • Clicks on “Pet Portal” CLICK • Website is AMAZING • <GRAPHIC OF WEBSITE> • Searches for “super cool dogs” • <GRAPHIC> show dogs including puppet • Jack decides on the FIDA • _______ • He creates an acct and fills out an application (Let’s see how this goes…) • Straight-forward process with only 1 page - SUBMIT • <SHOW GRAPHIC> • Pop-up with APPLICATION APPROVED • Pre-approved for lower fees • <GRAPHIC w/ SCHEDULE> • Jack says “looks like Fida is available next Sunday at 1pm” • FIDA UPDATE SLIDE

  4. Journey Cont’d • Jack drives to Pet Portal • The shelter is AMAZING • <SHOW PET PORTAL CAFÉ GRAPHIC> • Jack says “I never expected a shelter to be so nice. I’d come here even if I wasn’t adopting, this is fun!” • He’s immediately greeted by Oz • Oz says “Jack, we’ve been expecting you!” • Oz says they’ve prepared an entire packet of info and Sunil is finishing bathing the dog • Oz explains the details of the packet

  5. Journey Cont’d • Jack is clearly impressed by the experience and how detailed and friendly everyone is • Oz calls Sunil to bring out puppet/dog • Sunil brings out Fida • Jack greets Fida and is super excited! He thanks them both for the wonderful experience

  6. Journey Cont’d • Jack tells Fida they’re going home. • Jack is so pleased with the service, he tells his friends and refers everyone to Pet Portal • Tells friends to visit your local Pet Portal, even if you don’t want to adopt

  7. Journey Cont’d • Oz calls Jack to follow-up *Ring- • Jack says everything is going great. Thank you so much for the great experience. • Fida says Woof woof into the phone. • Oz laughs and everyone is happy
