If I am stressing about making my units using the backwards design model so that I can reach all my students and have well defined goals and lessons that are consistent to what students need and want to learn, and to the MLRs, and to help me plan my lessons, if I am worried about making sure all of my lessons are differentiated so that all students can learn as much as they possibly can the best way that I can teach them, then I know exactly what I need to do. STOP! Take a breath. Rethink. Revise. Refine.
