Analyze Wrap Up Overview • The goal of the Analyze Phase is to: • Locate the variables significantly impacting your Primary Metric. Then establish Root Causes for “X” variables using Inferential Statistical Analysis such as Hypothesis Testing and Simple Modeling. • Gain and demonstrate a working knowledge of Inferential Statistics as a means of identification of leverage variables.
