Hand Surgeon Sydney Location Our Location Macquarie Hand Unit is located in Suite 403, Level 4 at Macquarie University Clinic, 2 Technology Place, Macquarie University NSW 2109, adjacent to Macquarie University Hospital. BY CAR Macquarie University is located in the suburb of Marsfield. If travelling from the City, the fastest way to reach the University is via the Lane Cove tunnel. If travelling from the Hills districts and the greater west, take the M2 motorway (exit at the Christie Road or Herring Road off-ramps). Please note although our location is Macquarie University, if you are using a GPS you may need to enter the suburb as Macquarie Park or North Ryde.

  2. PARKING Parking is available for visitors and patients in the marked bays at the front of the Clinic Building or in the secure basement car park under the hospital (off Research Park Drive). Please note pay and display parking applies outside the clinic and parking charges apply. • Clinic above ground parking: Mobility parking is free of charge in “all bays” when proof of disability parking permit is displayed. • Hospital B1 parking: This is a 'user pays' car park therefore charges are applicable: $4 for the first hour and $2 each hour thereafter - maximum of $20 per day to 12pm midnight. If your car is left in the car park overnight please note standard rates commence from midnight plus an additional $5 fee applies. BY TRAIN Macquarie University Train Station is located on the Northern Line between Hornsby and the City via Macquarie Park. The Train Station is located on the corner of Herring Road and Waterloo Road and is about a 10 minute walk to the Clinic. Services run approximately every 15 minutes in both directions and the station is disabled access friendly.

  3. BY BUS Buses travel through the university on Balaclava Road, Macquarie Drive and University Avenue. Some routes are only accessible from outside the campus at the bus stop located near the entrances to the Macquarie University Train Station and Macquarie Centre (located on Herring Rd).
