  3. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY According to the National Bureau of Statistics giving that about 40million youths in Nigeria are unemployed. As a Team, we came up with a MOBILE PACKAGE for the Unemployed youths in Nigeria. That helps to provide information at finger tip of the users without much stress.

INNOVATION • According to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Nigeria has a total population of 113 million active phone user which also include the unemployed youths. • It creates vocational tips and provides details steps on production processes of some product and the raw materials required and also possible Job employment.

  5. DETAIL DESCRIPTION • It is designed basically to tackle Unemployment which could also which is also one of the major causes of insecurity in the country. It is very cheap and accessible to all mobile phone users. It enables the youths to be job creators and not job seekers. The Mobile Package provides job vacancy tips and vocational schemes available from different organizations.

  6. TARGET GROUPS • Our target groups are the 40million youths who are unemployed. • The Government. • Entrepreneurial agencies.

  7. Financial plan of the business To develop this Mobile Package, experts are needed who specialize in the field of Java, ASP.Net and MYSQL development or design. A model design is required for test running purposes. The major cost is in the development process of the Mobile Package, the hosting of the Package online, the cost of advertising using available media outlets and social group.

  8. uniqueness It is very stress free because rather than going from one place to another in search of Job or vocational tips. This service provides easy access to information than other internet links at the user’s finger tips. It also exposes the youths to varieties of job options and he/she can also be self reliant.

MARKETING This product will be made available on the Mobile Phone and downloadable on the internet, Advertising through the media houses and also collaborating with mobile producing companies to incorporate this service as one of the packages that comes with the phone. Since 48.3 million people access the internet via mobile phone downloading from the mobile internet works best.

  10. Implementation This solution requires the use of java, MYSQL and ASP.Net software’s which design and develops this package. However, a competent application designer is needed.
