  13. 1 Day In-Market TrainingCost: Travel Expenses (Flight, Hotel, etc) • We will travel to your market and spend the entire day and evening with you and/or your team. We will develop a marketing strategy for your specific market/goals. • We will show you exactly how to utilize some of our partner brands to target investors, buyers, and sellers. • We will discuss in detail all of our systems and networks used to explode your client bases. (investor & fsbo network, using our auction to get listings, etc) • We will discuss how exactly to answer questions and objections from our current leads to improve conversion percentages. • We will discuss techniques to best utilize our unbranded name as well as increasing exposure to your branded name.  • Short Sale training(if needed) • Creating leverage by using our brand and auction on expired listing clients. • We will develop a marketing plan that fits your specific budget and maximizes exposure. • We will explain our NEW CredMod Program. (Helping home buyers purchase houses with poor credit from our investor network)

  14. 3 Day Kick Off EventCost: $1500 + Travel Expenses • All of the 1 Day Training info. • We will host an evening seminar with local investors to expand our network in your market. We will discuss in detail how we can help them buy property at discounted prices and sell their property thru our network to other investors and retail buyers. You will be introduced as our exclusive Partner who will help them with each and every transaction. • We will recruit and interview potential candidates for our FSBO/Advertising program. This network will be out actively advertising our name. Every buyer and listing opportunity from our FSBO network is routed back to our Realtor Partner. This program has proven to create a significant client base for our Realtors on its own. • We will meet with local foreclosure counselors, REO departments, etc to explain how we can help them liquidate property prior to foreclosure to dramatically reduce losses. • NEW Realtor Recruitment (after implementing lead systems)
