LEP funding • Local Growth Fund – mostly via DfT • EU Structural & Investment Funds – £104.4m ERDF & £97.7m ESF – available from Autumn 2014 plus European Agriculture Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) -allocation is £6,055,134 • EZ uplift • Pooling of other funding/assets incl New Homes Bonus to deliver estate • Use of HRA uplift and major sites programme • D2N2 Growth Deal – freedoms and flexibilities

Infrastructure – Accelerating Delivery Greater Nottingham Growth Package: Southern Growth Corridor, Gedling Access Road, Ring Road Major Phase 2, EZ and MediPark Access Package Derby Area Growth Package: Our City Our River Infinity Park infrastructure A52 eastern corridor major maintenance Swadlincote / Woodville growth area Mansfield / Ashfield / Newark & Sherwood Area Growth Package: various schemes to unlock housing and employment growth Chesterfield / NE Derbys Growth Package: various schemes to unlock regen / employment growth

HS2 and Connectivity East Mids Growth Hub (joint programme with LLEP): focused on corridor between M1J23a at EMA and J25 East Midlands strategic rail connectivity – note: I’m still developing the thinking on this: transforming the rail offer in the D2N2 and LLEP area, better connecting between and within the urban areas and providing the foundation for the HS2 connectivity package Regional Road/Rail schemes Market Harborough Newark-Lincoln Castle Line A38 and A52 Route strategies
