Contract status • Consortium agreement have been signed by all the sponsors • The agreement is circulating in the University administration • Administrative director % => Learning and Research Services % => Financing office % => CWC % • Sponsors’ copy will be returned when CWC will get the copy back %

  4. Presentation and acceptance of fulfilled work amounts and costs, and possible actions

Continuation at next year • CUBS is planned to last three years (-> 2006) • Planning for next year should be started soon • tentative volume? • new potential sponsors? • changes to topics? • NETS will end at the end this year • new programs will possibly start at the beginning of March • Tekes program funding is referred rather than funding outside the program (if granted)

  10. Other business • CUBS Seminar is planned in conjunction with FUTURA Seminar • Nov. 18-19, 2004

  11. Next meeting • CUBS results and expenses from 2004 need to be accepted at the beginning of January 2005 • Deadline for Tekes invoice has typically been around 20th of January => SGM4, Nov 10, 2004, 13.15 - => SGM5 in Jan 11, 2005, 9.15 -
