The vision for the year is to activate the gifts of God within each member, fostering a culture of empowerment and success.

PCF GOALS FOR THE YEAR • 200 Membership strength • 9 Cells • Jakande -3 cells • Oke afa-1 cell • Ajao- 2 cells • Ikotun – 2 cells • Ejigbo- 1 cell • N100m seed for Church Projects • Develop 20 leaders • Setup 5 new businesses
Major Achievements in 2009 • PCF of the month in April/May • Cell of the months in the Men’s category • 5 Business seminar with 3 new firms incorporated • Participated in Bible launch & RON • Added 10 new members • Organized Bus transportation to & fro Ajao to Church on Sundays • Secured outdoor cell venues for all the cells • Acquired Projector
Major Challenges in 2009 • Irregular cell meetings • Inability of Cell leaders to attend Thursday/Sundays meeting with Pastor • Cell Leaders educational programs • Cell members job/business challenges • Foundation school attendance
Spiritual Growth Plan • 100% attendance of foundation school by ALL members • Cell leaders refresher Course quarterly • Establish Ministry material library in each home • All Cell leaders to attend LMC • WORD QUIZ • Use of Cell ministry manual
Financial Growth Plan • All members to consistently pay tithe • 100% participation in one or more partnership arm • Quarterly Business seminar
Membership Growth Plan • 100% participation in Church/Ministry programmes • Effective cell outreach meeting • Renew contact with members in existing database as at 2009 • Each member to bring 2 souls to Church monthly • PCF Monthly Soul winner Award (N5000 worth of ministry materials) • N10,000 worth of birthday gift for each member . Each member to give N500
Monitoring Plan • Monthly review of Cell database • Quarterly PCF achievement Review Meeting • April-July-Oct last Sunday of each month • Weekly review of cell follow-up activities • Weekly submission of cell report to PFCC. • Monthly submission of PCF monthly report to PFCC
