Project Development • If you already have project ideas, write them down. You will have an opportunity to share them on Tue & are free to start talking about them now. • ~ 4 project teams will be determined by Wed morning, based on people’s interests. • Mentors &TIG staff will not be assigned to any particular project group but will provide advice generally to all groups. • Each team will produce a project plan & presentation.

If you need more time, you may work during meals, shorten meal breaks, or opt out of the Wed evening activity (tennis). • You will present your project ideas to a group of judges on Thu morning, and then virtually. • Each team will nominate one member to participate in the Sprout e-Course.
Program Review • Sunday/Monday: workshops • Tuesday: Field trip to Ngee Ann Secondary • Wednesday: Project development • Thursday: Presentations and Virtual Showcase • Various special outings and activities planned! • Stay with mentor groups when outside hotel • Notes indicate when formal wear is required; otherwise dress code is smart casual at all times. • Any questions?
Logistical and Safety Matters • Do not leave the hotel unattended. • No visits from friends or family. • On excursions, stay with your assigned mentor group. • If you have any health and/or safety concerns, let a mentor, TIG staff member, or Trisha (9682 4959) know • Please use the sign-out sheet if you would like to borrow any printed materials for project work.
Logistical and Safety Matters (cont.) • NO: • Alcohol • Mini-bar • Swimming • Exercise facility access
Be sure to: • Be punctual: There is a lot to cover, so be sure to be on time for all scheduled activities. • Be aware of each day’s program so to prepare for it. • Wear your Forum badge to all meals at the hotel. • Help advertize the Virtual Project Showcase within your networks! • Contribute to the group blog at least twice during the Forum, and more frequently if possible!
Say Cheese! • Get your TIG tee, put it on, and gather for a group photo!
