  2. Guys I used for my experiment • Zurabi shot 20% • Gizo shot 10% • Me shot 50% • Gage shot 50%

  3. Why did zurabi and gizo shoot that low? • They had a bad stroke and bad release. They were trying to push the ball into the hoop. You should try to make the ball fly into it.

  4. Why did Gage and I shoot well • We had our feet facing the basket. • We had our hands 90 degrees. • We also used our legs for shooting, that gave us more power that we could use. • And we had training.

  5. How to have the best release? • Have your hands 90 degrees facing the basket. • Have your feet facing the basket so it would be easier to shoot. • Use right amount of legs. • And have lots of training.

  6. conclusion • People can easily make their free-throws it just takes a lot of practice and training. • If you will follow those steps its going to be easy to improve your shooting.
