  13. FAQ • Should I wait until I have staff to start using PODs? • No, the knowledge gained from using PODs is extremely critical for agencies of all sizes. Whether your wear all the hats in the agency or just a few the activities still need to be done and the results still need to be measured. • What does PODs cost? • $50 per month ($75/mo effective 11/26/12) • $199 optional custom set-up fee • Am I required to commit to a 6 or 12 month contract? • No. Your commitment is a month to month agreement that you can cancel at any time. To us, contracts suggest a lack of confidence in the value of a product. We only want happy customers and so far our retention rate is well over 95%.

  14. FAQ • Can’t I just do this in ECMS? • PODs is “different”, not better than ECMS and is not meant to replace it. ECMS does not provide peer to peer accountability, ROI reports on individual activities in real time or reports that facilitate coaching opportunities. PODs goes a step beyond quotes and sales by looking at activities that generate quotes. PODs creates a platform for open, subjective, healthy competition and accountability. • Is it easy to use? • Yes. Press the + button when you do an activity. If someone says yes , enter it in. 30 seconds. If someone buys a policy, press one button. • How do I present it to my staff? • This is a new and exciting tool developed by agents to be used by agents. It is not a big shift in our current day to day operations. We are simply digitizing our current marketing and retention activities so we can better identify what is working and what isn’t. At the end of the day it will allow all of us to make more sales and thus make more money. It will allow you to be rewarded more accurately for your individual performance.
