  1. Early Middle Ages Gauntlet Activity:Standard and Honors World History Miss Bonner Blocks: 1. 3. and 4

Instructions: • Around the room there are two lines of stations set up. • One side of the room has information about the Medieval Catholic Church the other side about everyday life in Medieval Europe. • At each station there are one to two informational sheets regarding each topic on your Middle Ages/ Medieval Data Collection Sheet. • Your job is to work with a partner- Interpret, collect and explain the “gauntlet” of information that is needed to complete your data sheet. • One partner will work on one side of the room the other on the other side. When the song changes, you must meet your partner in the middle and exchange information.

  3. Instructions: • Once you have, you will leave each other and go onto the next station you will keep doing this until both you and your partner have been to every station and all of your data is correct. • The first two teams to finish and have all of their data neatly written and correct will receive a prize. • This activity is taking the place of more guided notes for the topics. You are essentially creating your own study guide. • Good Luck!
