  2. Agenda • Before going to India. “How to make a Business Plan.” • I will keep on preparing the kick off with companies. • This week and next week you will work on> Get familiar with the software. Watch videos related to contents. Reading materials about strategic planning.

  3. Access to online software. • Online web> http://www.liveplan.com/ • Get divided into 3 groups. Group A> User> nuriaceloriotorre@hotmail.com Password> Beijing. Group B> User>nuriaceloriotorre@gmail.com Password> Shanghai. Group C> User>gulzar@eseune.edu Password>Hongkong

  4. Group A • Everyone person in the group shall take part in the oral presentation. ( Presentation from 20 to 40 minutes) • Topic:Make a presentation to the class about the structure of the Business Plan. And its main contents.

  5. Group B • Every member shall take part in the presentation. • Thin about one company and its core business, and create a fast Pitch following the structure given in the software. • Presentate it to the class.

  6. Group C • Every member shall take part in the presentation. • Go to planning tutorials. Wath the videos and give a presentation with your suggestions to the rest of the class.

  7. Individual work before INDIA • Go to section Help and resources. Read the document “Plan as you go by Tim Berry” • Write a post about Strategic Planning. Do it attractive. Both in english and spanish. To be handed to Nuria@eseune.edu before India Trip is finished.

  8. Lets start working! • From 14.30 to 16.30 Preparing the presentations by each group. • From 16.30 to 18.00 Presentations.
