  3. Fats • Helps brains & nervous systems develop • Protects your body from hot & cold • 30% of diet • Info 2 • 3 types - Saturated (Bad fat) - Mono Unsaturated (Good fat) - Poly unsaturated (Good fat) • From nuts, oils, dairy and different meats.

  4. Protein • Repairs body tissues, helps against disease • Prevents people getting tired quickly • Helps burn fat and builds muscle • Lots of types including fibourous and globular • from : Hamburger patties, steaks and most meat.

  5. Fibre • Helps you feel full with no calories • Can lower cholesterol • Helps digestive system move • 2 types : - Insoluble - Soluble • From : oats & bananas etc.
