  1. What Is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? • Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complex illness involving debilitating fatigue along with other symptoms. • The fatigue is severe enough to interfere with daily activities and is not relieved by bed rest.

  2. What cause Chronic Fatigue Symptoms? • A faulty immune system. • Nutritional deficiency. • A viral infection that somehow triggers CFS. • Sleep disorders, anemia, low blood pressure. • Metabolic abnormalities.

  3. Intense Fatigue • The CFS is that the fatigue is overwhelming and lasts for at least 6 months. • It may get worse after physical or mental exertion, and a full night's sleep provides no relief.
