CGMS - 2 • Kostnad: + 28 000 kr/år Om i komb m pump + 11.000kr till • Mest anv det kortare tid • ↑ Kostnad mot kort- + långsikt vinster • Induviduell bedömning i väntan på nya studieresultat • Idag anv restriktivt, fra t vuxna. Småbarn kan underlätta mycket, då ev 10-15 stick/dag • Är visat bättre HbA1c på 6 vkr, minst 6dgr/v. • Studier av SAP (komb CGMS + pimp) tyder på yterligareförbättr av HbA1c • > Kan bli dyrare i framtiden – dock i slutänden???
