  18. Circulation Policy • Checkout Rules • Audio-visual items (videos, CD-ROMS, DVD, VCD, etc.) ＊The total items（books and audio-visual items）that can be checked out are up to 20 for faculty, staff, and graduates, and 10 for undergraduates.

  19. Circulation Policy • Fines • A notice to remind you to return borrowed items is sent by e-mail 3 days before due date. Fines accrue on overdue books at NT$2 per day, per book, and on audio-visual items at NT$10 per day, per item.  For lost and damaged items, patrons are charged for replacement costs.

  20. Interlibrary Loan Service • To make an Interlibrary Loan request on-line, please enter the website of Nationwide Document Delivery System (NDDS) at http://ill.stic.gov.tw/ • Because this website does not offer English version interface so far, if any problem, please contact our librarians before placing a request.  • Interlibrary loan service will be charged according to the type of materials, delivery methods, number of pages copied, etc.

Reference Services • Information Service • Reference and Information Services can be requested in person, over telephone, or by email.  The services offered by the Staff at Reference Desk include individual/small group consultation, instructional support in using databases, and assistance in searching and locating materials from various information resources. 

  22. Reference Services • Library Tours • Library tours guided by librarians, providing an overview of the library facilities and services, a review of selected library databases, and information on the electronic resources available through the library, are available based on request.
