As you know, DNRP is a large and diverse department which provides services spanning from GIS to ground water protectionand from green building to global warming. In terms of a fiscal footing for the 4 divisions WLR is most precarious for 08, which is the division that contributes the most in terms of environmental monitoring. The big performance measure for the Parks Division is coming up on August 21st. We are working on being able to share statistics on park and recreation participants and trail utilization. As you know, DNRP is a large and diverse department which provides services spanning from GIS to ground water protectionand from green building to global warming. In terms of a fiscal footing for the 4 divisions WLR is most precarious for 08, which is the division that contributes the most in terms of environmental monitoring. This department will conduct a detailed Equity Impact Review of the Parks Capital Investment Program to inform changes that will ensure a pro-equity capital improvement program.

    37: Green Building and Sustainable Development Definitions and Requirements: Sustainable Infrastructures are those infrastructures and facilities that are designed, constructed and operated to optimize fiscal, environmental and functional performance for the lifecycle of the facility. Sustainable performance of infrastructure will be determined through an integrated triple life cycle assessment one that accounts for fiscal (LCCA), environmental (LCA) and functional costs and benefits (LCBA) over the life of the facility.
