Google Calendar

Login to your school email account. First click on the grid square by your name. Second, click on calendar. Google Calendar. Make sure your schools calendar is under the “my calendar” on left column and is clicked on. Click in the square on the day you want to add your event.

  1. Login to your school email account. First click on the grid square by your name. Second, click on calendar. Google Calendar

  2. Make sure your schools calendar is under the “my calendar” on left column and is clicked on

  3. Click in the square on the day you want to add your event.

  4. Enter the event using the codes in the following order • Sport • School • Team/Grade • Gender • Vs. Opponent

  5. Make sure your calendar is on your school’s site

  6. Click Edit Event

  7. Unclick the “All Day” Box

  8. Click in the beginning time box and select the start time of the event

  9. Click the ending time box and select the ending time of your event

  10. Click in the Where box and enter the site/facility/location of the event

  11. Click Save
