CIAS Additional Services (formally FIS) Provides information, advice and guidance on services that support families CIAS Additional Services: • Manages and updates the Family Services Directory( online version from 2014) • Produces Fun in Brum, a publication that lists events and activities across Birmingham during half-terms and school holidays • Triage/brokerage for families who have more complex information needs or particular service needs. • Operates CIAS Plus (Disabled Children’s Register) A tailored information service for families with disabled children. • Fact sheets providing topic based information on services that can give advice ,support and access to their services.
