  21. deadlines • Tuesday, 14th of January QUIZ #1 will be taken in class. • The Botany of Desire is a PBS documentary based on the book written by Michael Pollan: Botany of Desire. The documentary contains an introduction and 4 chapters. • Students will need to watch the “Introduction” and the last chapter (chapter 4)“Case of Potato”. Take notes and bring them in the day of the quiz!
