First Type “This type is possible and also very likely that the condition will be fulfilled.” Structure: If + Simple Present, Will + V1/non-verb Examples: Main Clause - Jika saya menemukan alamatnya, saya akan mengiriminya undangan - if I find her address, I will send her an invitation simple present will-future NOTE: In the main clause, it is possible using a modal or an imperative form.
Second Type “This type is possible but very unlikely that the condition will be fulfilled.” Structure: If + Simple Past, Would + V1/non-verb Examples: Main Clause - Jika saya menemukan alamatnya, saya akan mengiriminya undangan - if I found her address, I would send her an invitation simple past would+V1 NOTE: Other modals are also in Past form. (could, should, might)
